Micro Climat is an organic speciality ground coffee from Araku Coffee, grown on the river island of Baankubedda in the Araku highlands of India and roasted in Paris. The island's particular climate gives a generous body and notes of plum, candied cherry and raisin, balanced by a lively acidity. The medium roast keeps it round, and it suits espresso, cold brew and the moka pot.
